These terms govern access to and use of TOPICAL, including the website, mobile applications, and related services.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse, spam, evasion, or unlawful activity.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TOPICAL.

User Content

• You retain responsibility for the topics, comments, messages, images, and other material you submit.
• You grant TOPICAL permission to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
• You must not upload or post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful.

Platform Rules

• Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, bypass security controls, or automate abuse.
• Do not submit malware, malicious links, or harmful files.
• Do not manipulate votes, evade moderation, or create duplicate/spam submissions.

Moderation and Enforcement

TOPICAL may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations, or protect users and the service.

Availability

TOPICAL may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOPICAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination and Deletion

You may stop using TOPICAL at any time and may delete your account through the in-app account page. TOPICAL may also terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons.
